Mr Jason is currently a Director of MHL Management Services Sdn Bhd. He has vast tax compliance experience on areas of real property gain tax, sales tax, service tax and income tax. His experience covers a portfolio of clients ranging from corporate, individual, sole proprietor, partnership and statutory body. Jason has also been actively involved in providing tax advisory, consultancy and planning services relating to tax appeals, tax incentives, field audit, back duty investigation and changes in self-assessment system.

Mr. Teo Kim Soon graduated from United Kingdom in Mechanical Engineering. He has been working in various industries for more than 25 years, from the operations level right to the management level. During the recent years, he has been actively involved in helping companies to select and implement ERP system and other computerization requirements. In his working career, he has exposure in Electronics industries, Metal fabrication industries, Plastic industries, Camera assembly, Pewter manufacturing, Steel making, Rubber industries, Distribution Center design and operations.

He has implemented many key projects for productivity and improvement for many companies. This includes inventory system, productivity system, warehouse management system and new businesses.

One of the biggest projects that he implemented was Malaysia's first central distribution centre for the grocery industry. He started the project on a zero base, ranging from feasibility study, system study, design and specification, project management and construction to the commissioning and operation of the center. Throughout the process, he has been working with systems imported from countries like USA, Japan, Taiwan and Australia.

The final facility was a 264 meters wide by 135 meter long modern distribution center with extra high ceiling structure costing over RM 30 million. This was the largest distribution center under one single roof in the country. Special construction technologies were employed to meet the stringent specification required for the said distribution facility.

Currently, he operates his own consulting company under Prosoft Management Solutions providing business-consulting services such as public seminar, in-house training and computerization projects.
